Main Ingredients: Colistin sulfate, the mixture with 10% of Polymyxin E1 sulfate and Polymyxin E2 sulfate

[Pharmacological Effects] Pharmacodynamics: Product has strong antibacterial activity against most of gram-negative bacterium such as aerobic bacteria, colibacillus, hemophilus, klebsiella, pasteurella, pseudomonas aeruginosa, salmonella, shigella, etc.
The bacterium sensitive to colistin rarely produce drug resistance. The proteus and most of prevotella bryantii are not influenced by colistin. The gram-positive bacterium is usually not sensitive to it.
Product mainly applied to cure intestinal infection caused by gram-negative bacterium and remedy pseudomonas aeruginosa infection caused by burning and trauma.As feed additive,product promote growth.
Pharmacokinetics:It is almost not absorbed by taking orally and the non-gastrointestinal absorption is fast. The drug is distributed to heart, lung, liver, kidney and skeletal muscle and is difficult to enter brains, chest, articular cavity and nidus. It is mainly excreted via kidney.

[Drug Interaction] It has synergistic effect by using with bacitracin zinc in ratio of 1:5.

[Indication] It is used to cure and prevent bowel diseases caused by gram-negative bacterium, and promote growth.

[Usage and Dosage] Mixed feed: 1,000kg feed, 100~400g for calves (lactation period), 20~400g for pigs (lactation period), 20~200g for piglet, 20~200g for chicken

[Attention] Forbidden for egg-laying chicken during laying period

[Adverse Effect] No adverse effect

[Withdrawal Period] seven days for pigs and chicken
